Subprocessors
Optima Engineering LLC ("Optima," "we," "us," or "our") engages certain subprocessors in connection with providing the Kraken AI platform and related services. A subprocessor is a third-party engaged by Optima to process personal data on behalf of our customers. Capitalized terms used herein have the same meaning as defined in the Master Cloud Services Agreement or other written agreement you have with Optima.
Kraken AI is available as a managed SaaS offering and as an Azure Managed Application deployable directly into the customer's own Azure subscription. The subprocessors listed below apply to both deployment models unless otherwise noted.
In accordance with our Data Processing Agreement, we provide at least thirty (30) days' advance notice before engaging new subprocessors. Customers may object to a new subprocessor per the terms of the DPA.

*The processing location may be the customer's selected region, the location of the customer's end users, Entity Country, and/or the locations listed in the subprocessor's own resources linked above.
†Designated services are processed on a geo basis consistent with the customer's selected region. For Azure Managed Application deployments, the Kraken AI platform may be deployed into the customer's own Azure subscription.
